3. Guide Access
Upon purchasing a week, you will receive access to the week content for the end of the semester. Access is granted on a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable basis.
4. Prohibited Activities
To maintain a fair and effective learning environment, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Sharing account credentials with unauthorized individuals
- Recording, downloading, ripping, or distributing any of the guide videos, PDFs, or materials
- Attempting to bypass security measures, anti-piracy mechanisms, or access limits
- Using the platform for any competitive, illegal, or unauthorized purpose
5. Account Ban & Termination Cases
We actively monitor our platform to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for everyone. Your account will be permanently banned, and no refunds will be provided, in the following cases:
- Simultaneous Logins: Frequently logging in from different IP addresses simultaneously or rapidly jumping between locations indicating account sharing.
- Piracy Attempts: Detection of video downloading extensions, screen recording bots, or attempts to scrape platform content.
- Payment Fraud: Initiating illegitimate chargebacks or using unauthorized payment methods.
6. Payment Terms
All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Payment must be completed before you can access any paid content. We accept various secure payment methods directly through our platform checkout.
7. Refund Policy
All purchases made on Adam's Guide are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for any purchases once access has been granted.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, source code, text, logos, and graphics, is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, or create derivative works of any content without our explicit written permission.
